marmalade martini

1 tsp bitter orange marmalade
50mls gin
5mls campari
15mls lemon juice

a dash of orange bitters
a twist of orange peet to decorate

Put maramalade in a shaker. Add gin and stir.  Add other ingredients.  Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake hard to dissolve the marmalade.  Strain into a martini glass!
